Frank Recruitment Group, a leading niche IT recruitment firm, has opened its 16th global office and has chosen Scottsdale, AZ as its next home.
Global IT recruitment firm Frank Recruitment Group has opened the doors on its latest office in Scottsdale, Arizona in a move that has created
more than 50 new jobs in the area—a number set to rise to over 100 in the coming years.
The Scottsdale office is delivering three of the company’s niche technology brands: Anderson Frank, dedicated to NetSuite recruitment; Jefferson Frank, focusing on
Amazon
Web Services (AWS) recruitment; and Nelson Frank, specializing in ServiceNow.
Frank Recruitment Group has now launched seven offices in North America, with Scottsdale, Tampa and Denver all unveiled in the last six months. A lot of this drive
is down
to Sunny Ackerman, the company’s President of Americas, who has been increasing the US presence of the business since her appointment in March.
"We have an ambitious growth strategy and have worked in the North American market for a long time. We’re always on the lookout for new burgeoning tech locations,
and
Arizona is one we’ve been interested in for a while," said Ackerman. "All of the signs point to now being the right time to expand, and we’re thrilled to finally
announce
our latest office location in the greater Phoenix area. We can’t wait to give our existing customers in Arizona an even better experience, and bring new clients
and
employees on board."
Earlier this month, Scottsdale was listed as the best city in North America to find a job in
2019,
beating the likes of Orlando, San Francisco, Washington, D.C.,
Minneapolis, and Boston based on socio-economic and job market criteria.
"Scottsdale welcomes Frank Recruitment Group who’ll be an excellent complement to our thriving Information Technology sector," says Mayor W.J. "Jim" Lane. "Frank
Recruitment Group’s expertise in attracting and placing top tech talent coupled with Scottsdale’s high quality of life are certain to be a winning match."
The tech scene in the area is expanding at a phenomenal rate; the Arizona Technology Council found more than 8,000 technology companies operating in the state,
with a
growing workforce of more than 168,200 jobs. Scottsdale, in particular, is thriving and is already the chosen home for many successful tech and online companies
like
GoDaddy, PayPal, Yelp, and Indeed.
"The technology industry in Greater Phoenix is fueled by a talent pool educated by some of the nation’s most innovative universities and career-based learning
centers,"
says Chris Camacho, president & CEO of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council. "Frank Recruitment Group’s focus on technology recruitment is an exciting field that
will
continue to grow here in the region. We congratulate them for selecting Scottsdale."
