Employers in Scottsdale have a new tool for reaching skilled professionals, thanks to the economic development department’s
new “Choose Scottsdale Jobs Board.” All businesses in the city of Scottsdale are eligible to post positions at
ChooseScottsdale.com/jobs.
“Our purpose is twofold,” said Danielle Casey, the city’s economic development director. “To support Scottsdale businesses
as they seek candidates for their open positions, and to help talented people here connect with great opportunities.”
In addition to launching this new tool, Casey recently completed an
online tutorial-style video to assist Scottsdale-based companies interested in achieving
their talent attraction
goals.
“The job market in Scottsdale is awesome,” said Nicole Panichello, a supervisor at Vanguard, one of Scottsdale’s largest
employers. “There are a lot of great companies hiring young professionals and investing in your career growth.”
The launch of the job board and video coincide with Scottsdale Economic Development’s presence at the 2018 South by Southwest
Festival in Austin, Texas, where city’s team of business professionals are promoting the city and all that it offers.
“We are here to help the world discover the great business environment and the amazing career opportunities waiting for them
in Scottsdale,” said Casey.
